Thirsty Thursday: Wizard of Oz Passes the Bechdel Test!

Today my inbox was graced with this delightful reminder that The Wizard of Oz is a movie about women, mostly. Non-eponymously focusing on three women (if you include Glinda) the same could be said of Wicked, the musical, I suppose. Do you know the test? A movie passes if it has two women talking about something other than a man. Sounds simple, right? Look at the cartoon by Alison Bechdel that started the idea in the first place and then go read more about how rare such films really are and how well they do at the box office!
